The amparo trial is the way to control constitutionality through which the governed can challenge the acts of state authority of a definitive nature that they deem to violate their individual guarantees or that, to their detriment, violate the regime of competences between the Federation and the States or the Federal District, in order to be reinstated in the enjoyment of their violated guarantee.
