Family Law

Family law refers to the rules of public order and social interest that regulate and protect the family and its members, as well as its organization and integral development, based on respect for the rights of equality, non-discrimination and respect for human dignity. With the support of national and international standards, at the firm we ensure the family’s ability to meet their own needs, the balance between work and family responsibilities, the prevention and punishment of family violence, and the improvement in the quality of life of family members.

Examples of cases that have been dealt with in this branch of Law are the following: dissolution of the marriage bond, granting of food rights, inheritance, parental authority, guardianship and custody, adoptions, patrimonial regimes within the marriage bond, and, in general, the right of all family members to a life where their essential rights are guaranteed.
