Procedural Law

Procedural law is the set of rules that regulate the judicial process, that is, that regulates the requirements, development and effects of the process.

Procedural law is important within the services provided by the firm since it constitutes, develops and determines the legal relationship that is established between the judge, the parties and the other intervening persons to solve the litigation raised by the parties, through of a decision of the judge based on the facts affirmed and proven, and on the applicable law. Although not all legal controversies lead to a judicial process, our firm dominates the judicial processes to establish the best strategy that favors the interests of the client.
