He completed his first studies at the Alexander Von Humboldt German School, A.C. 1962 – 1978
Graduated from the Universidad Iberoamericana with the thesis “Surcharges and fines as elements of responsibility for non-compliance with tax obligations.” 1978 – 1982
Experience
He began his professional practice in the area of Corporate Law in 1981, rendering his services in the law firm Santamarina y Steta S.C. (Baker Botts), in the corporate area in charge of Lic. Fernando Loera Sarabia.
In 1982, seeking professional independence, he founded the renowned firm Pinto y Salas Abogados, being in charge of matters of relevant importance at the level of family, civil and Amparo Litigation.
His secular and professional foundations earned him extensive experience in the various legal disciplines of Mexican Law, which today make him one of the most prestigious trial lawyers in Mexico.
He has represented individuals and recognized national and transnational companies in amparo, civil and family law proceedings, as well as in external advice.
In 2012, starting an even more ambitious project, he founded his own firm, with the prestige that distinguishes him, since his vast experience has allowed him to be at the forefront in the various branches of law he litigates.
